Neil ConnorPlayer-development reporting
Football player-development reporting and individual development-plan support for clubs, academies and coaching programmes.
Who it is for
Player reports are most valuable when they create a useful conversation and influence the next block of work. The process brings coach observations, player reflection and agreed actions into one consistent structure rather than producing a document that is completed and forgotten.
About Neil ConnorHow it works
Agree the purpose, users, language and reporting timetable.
Adapt the framework to the club or programme context.
Collect and structure the agreed evidence.
Produce reports, review findings and plan the next cycle.
Agreeing The Work
Agree the review question, material to be examined, output format and feedback arrangements. The proposal identifies what is included and the limits of the review.
Confirm the staff contact, available evidence and time required for review conversations. Where player information is involved, agree permissions, access and secure sharing before transfer.
Confirm the timetable, fee and review points before work begins. Assess the work against the agreed purpose and evidence, with any further support discussed separately.
Start with clarity
The initial conversation is free and is used to understand the people, current practice, evidence and constraints. Any proposed scope, deliverables, timetable and price are then confirmed clearly before work begins.
