Payment-card details will be processed by Stripe and will not be stored directly by this website.

Coach contributions
When you submit work, we store your name, email, optional profile link, description and PDF privately for editorial review. Your permission allows us to publish approved work with your credit; your email stays private and is not added to the newsletter. Hosting and file storage providers process these submissions. A temporary daily network hash helps limit spam; raw network addresses are not stored in the submissions record. You retain ownership and may request correction or withdrawal by email. Pending and declined submissions are reviewed for deletion within six months; published contributions are retained while shared, with the submission permission record kept for administration. Downloaded copies held by other readers cannot be recalled.
Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed are normally reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Customer, contractual and financial records may be retained for the period required for accounting, tax, dispute and legal purposes. Newsletter information remains until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. Email the address above to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children and player information
The public website is not intended to collect player-development or health information about children. Do not send identifiable player records through general website or email enquiries. Any club reporting service involving player information requires a separate written data, safeguarding and access arrangement before information is transferred.
