Standard permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase gives the named buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource in their own coaching or professional work.
- Print working copies for your own use.
- Complete the resource with your own coaching or player-development information.
- Add your own or your organisation’s logo where a placeholder is provided.
- Share completed player-specific pages privately with the relevant player, parent or authorised staff where appropriate.
- Use the blank framework across one team or one purchasing organisation.
Use requiring a separate club licence
Multi-team academies, independent consultants working across several client organisations, governing bodies and commercial education providers should request an appropriate club or organisational licence before wider deployment.
Not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing or uploading the blank resource for others to download.
- Sharing the purchased master file outside the licensed team or organisation.
- Removing copyright notices to present the underlying framework as your own product.
- Using the resource to train an automated product, template library or competing commercial system.
- Publishing completed documents containing personal information without an appropriate lawful basis and safeguarding process.
Intellectual property
The buyer owns the information they enter. Coach Neil Connor retains copyright in the original structure, wording, layout and framework. Adding a logo or completing fields does not transfer ownership of the underlying resource.
