Neil ConnorFootball coach mentoring
Individual football coach mentoring grounded in your players, sessions, responsibilities and next professional challenge.
Who it is for
Generic courses can provide useful knowledge without resolving the decisions a coach faces each week. This support connects reflection, session design, observation and feedback to your own context so that development becomes specific and actionable.
About Neil ConnorHow it works
Clarify your role, environment and development priorities.
Review relevant plans, footage, feedback or existing evidence.
Agree a small number of practical actions to apply in your work.
Review the impact and update the development plan.
Agreeing The Work
Agree the review question, material to be examined, output format and feedback arrangements. The proposal identifies what is included and the limits of the review.
Confirm the staff contact, available evidence and time required for review conversations. Where player information is involved, agree permissions, access and secure sharing before transfer.
Confirm the timetable, fee and review points before work begins. Assess the work against the agreed purpose and evidence, with any further support discussed separately.
Start with clarity
The initial conversation is free and is used to understand the people, current practice, evidence and constraints. Any proposed scope, deliverables, timetable and price are then confirmed clearly before work begins.
