Use desktop Microsoft Excel for the workbooks and a PDF reader for the examples. The images above are excerpts; the complete files are kept in protected storage. All completed examples use fictional information.

The Benchmarking PDF is labelled v2.4.2 intentionally: the v2.4.3 workbook revision repaired metadata without changing that print layout.
